Head Coach Men’s Volleyball

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall recruitment, conditioning, training, and competitive performance of the Men’s Volleyball program
• Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes to maintain a full and competitive roster
• Manage and monitor the assigned program budget within college guidelines and procedures
• Schedule inter-collegiate games during the season and off-season within NCAA Division II and Conference Carolinas regulations
• Adhere to all NCAA, conference, and college athletic department policies and regulations
• Organize pre-game and post-game arrangements, including equipment, facilities, and officials
• Foster the athletic, academic, and personal development of student-athletes
• Serve as a spokesperson for the team and function as a collaborative member of the Athletic Department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience in coaching, recruiting, and developing men’s volleyball players
• Ability to travel for recruiting activities and team competitions
• Ability to successfully complete a motor vehicle report

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
