Head Coach for Men’s & Women’s Tennis

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach both the Men’s and Women’s Division III tennis programs
• Mentor student-athletes to foster a team culture rooted in sportsmanship, integrity, and accountability
• Plan and execute all technical instruction, practices, strategy sessions, and match preparations
• Manage program administration including match scheduling, travel logistics, equipment, and budget
• Recruit high-caliber student-athletes who align with the academic and athletic rigor of the college
• Monitor academic progress to ensure student-athletes maintain eligibility and progress toward graduation
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to support the holistic well-being of student-athletes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of tennis coaching experience (collegiate level preferred) or significant collegiate/professional playing experience
• Commitment to the character and goals of a liberal arts college with a Christian perspective
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
