Head Coach for Men's Volleyball

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment, retention, and academic success of student-athletes within the Men's Volleyball program
• Oversee program budget management, game scheduling, and fundraising efforts
• Maintain strict compliance with all NCAA Division II and Conference Carolinas regulations
• Provide mentorship to student-athletes, fostering spiritual maturity and character development
• Instruct athletes on sport-specific skills, strength and conditioning, and proper nutrition
• Conduct all programs in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Emmanuel University

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution (Master's degree preferred)
• At least three years of successful coaching experience at the collegiate level
• Proven experience in collegiate position coaching and athletic development instruction
• Strong commitment to Christian values and the ability to integrate faith with learning and living
• Ability to provide a personal testimony regarding your relationship with Jesus Christ

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the NCAA framework
