Head Coach, Cheer

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recruit, coach, and mentor qualified student-athletes for the cheerleading program
• Oversee the organization of all team practices, events, and budgets
• Manage and enhance the Cornell College Gameday Experience
• Support the overall development and success of the cheer and dance program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of cheerleading and dance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching at the collegiate level
• Strong interpersonal and people skills
• Dedication to enriching the student-athlete experience
