About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with management to provide high-quality customer service for the Department of Transportation Services (DOTS).
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues for university-wide campuses and affiliated entities.
- Manage specialized online service applications, including user account creation and instruction.
- Assist with the issuance of permits and the processing of appeals.
- Effectively disseminate information and answer queries regarding DOTS operations.
- Maintain and record data in both computerized and non-computerized formats.
- Handle sensitive and confidential student and employee information with discretion.
Requirements
- High school or vocational school education (or equivalent).
- Four years of clerical or secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of business training and college-level study.
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data management and computerized record-keeping.
