Responsibilities

  • Prepare, design, and execute weekly from-scratch menus
  • Conduct menu meetings with clients
  • Oversee and train kitchen staff and manage schedules
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining room
  • Order supplies and manage inventory within budget
  • Enforce sanitation and food safety standards
  • Communicate regularly with management via calls, emails, and texts
  • Assist in planning and executing special events

Requirements

  • Proficiency in various cooking methods, cuisines, and equipment
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to handle challenging customers professionally
  • Accuracy and speed in emergency situations
