Responsibilities

- Conduct inventories and monitor food costs
- Work actively with kitchen economy and profitability
- Drive initiatives to reduce food waste and optimize raw material use
- Ensure order, cleanliness, and structure in the kitchen
- Responsible for compliance with self-control programs and food hygiene
- Maintain and develop the restaurant's quality level
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager and other departments
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role within a restaurant kitchen
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach a team

- Experience with ordering and inventory processes
