Head Chef

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and energize a passionate kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
• Create exciting, modern Asian-inspired dishes for our signature restaurant, Mr Good Guy
• Manage kitchen operations including costs, rosters, stock, and performance
• Build a strong, positive team culture and mentor staff to grow their culinary careers
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety and WHS standards
• Collaborate with F&B and hotel leadership to align dining experiences with overall hotel goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
• Experience in a hotel environment is preferred
• Strong financial acumen, including cost control and menu engineering skills
• Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends
