Responsibilities
- Lead and manage kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
- Design and develop innovative menus that respect Italian culinary traditions
- Manage, train, and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high performance
- Oversee food costing, inventory management, and waste control
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and quality consistency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef specializing in authentic Italian cuisine
- 5–8 years of experience in high-volume or upscale restaurant environments
- Deep knowledge of traditional and modern Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional dishes
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
