About the Company

Gasometer is a new destination opening in Spring 2027 in Norra Djurgårdsstaden, where culture, gastronomy, and live experiences converge within an iconic industrial building. As part of Miramis, we focus on creating unique meetings and experiences through contemporary design and local engagement.

Responsibilities

• Take operational responsibility for kitchen operations, including structure, workflows, team, and results
• Work closely with Stefan Eriksson to implement gastronomic direction
• Develop efficient workflows for both precision and high-volume production
• Manage budgets, raw material costs, and overall results
• Lead and develop the team through clarity and engagement
• Ensure structure, work environment, and regulatory compliance
• Drive follow-ups, forecasting, and sustainability initiatives
• Participate actively in daily operations

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Head Chef
• Experience in environments involving both restaurants and large-scale events or high-volume production
• Strong understanding of economics, cost control, and results
• Experience in personnel management, recruitment, and team development
• Proficiency in digital systems
• Very good command of Swedish and English
• Leadership skills focused on team building rather than micro-management
