Head Chef

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations across assigned venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Develop innovative menus, seasonal specials, and signature dishes
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion standards
• Train, mentor, and supervise the culinary team to maintain high performance
• Oversee food costing, inventory control, and waste management
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Collaborate with management on menu engineering and operational planning
• Monitor kitchen workflow to ensure efficiency during peak service periods

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a senior culinary role (Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef)
• Strong background in high-volume, premium dining environments
• Expertise in menu creation, costing, and kitchen management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
