Head Chef

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and support direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional food standards
• Build positive and collaborative relationships with clients and key business stakeholders
• Develop the culinary team through continuous mentoring, training, and empowerment
• Create a culture of excellence focused on innovation and obsessive food quality
• Achieve business-critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, and Financial targets

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in managing, training, and supporting a culinary team
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive commercial performance
• Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous organizational skills and high attention to detail
