Head Chef

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation at Europejski Grill.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to craft seasonal menus and innovative dishes inspired by European flavors.
• Source high-quality ingredients and maintain strong supplier relationships, prioritizing freshness and sustainability.
• Supervise, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
• Partner with Front-of-House teams to elevate guest service through menu training and product knowledge.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and cost control in line with luxury hotel standards.
• Monitor inventory, suppliers, and ordering processes to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef, ideally within luxury hotel environments.
• Mastery of European culinary techniques, ingredients, and plating artistry.
• Deep knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Fluent in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
