About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead all culinary operations at Yubi in Dubai to ensure exceptional dining experiences
- Design and implement innovative menus that align with the brand identity
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including staff supervision and scheduling
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes
- Control food costs, inventory management, and kitchen wastage
- Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and professional growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in culinary leadership roles, preferably in high-end dining
- Strong expertise in menu development and culinary creativity
- Extensive experience in kitchen management and operational oversight
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse culinary team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
