Head Cashier

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of the Main Cash Desk and settlement of daily hotel revenues
• Preparation of bank deposits and ensuring appropriate cash levels
• Control of cash settlement correctness and preparation of cash reports
• Supervision of cash floats at reception and other points of sale
• Handling employee advances, domestic and foreign business trips, and cash withdrawals
• Preparation of financial documentation for entry into accounting systems
• Participation in cash inventories and reconciliation of accounting accounts
• Ongoing support for the accounting and finance team in daily tasks

Requirements

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Accuracy, responsibility, and a high level of integrity
• Ability to organize own work and work under pressure
