Head Cargo Enablement

Responsibilities

• Lead the divisional transformation portfolio for Etihad Cargo by bridging strategy, operations, and technology
• Identify and re-engineer inefficient cargo-facing and internal operational processes using digital tools and lean principles
• Support the Chief of Cargo in executing the 2030 Strategy and managing the transformation portfolio
• Own the end-to-end implementation of intelligent automation to drive business optimization and scalability
• Develop a roadmap for continuous digital improvement across vendor-operated services and cargo operations
• Champion agile and design-thinking practices to define and test digital use cases for customer journey flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to digitalize KPI tracking, quality monitoring, and issue resolution workflows
• Establish a program performance framework to measure portfolio performance and benefit realization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Digital Transformation, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience leading high-impact initiatives in a global organization
• Strong understanding of Cargo Management Systems, e-freight standards (eAWB), and digital booking platforms
• Proven ability to deliver results using agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Expertise in mapping the "Shipment Journey" and implementing digital tools to enhance efficiency
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills
