Head Butler

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, discreet, Forbes-level service to all VIP guests, including suite orientations and managing personalized requests.
• Oversee VIP suite readiness, conducting daily checks to ensure luxury standards are met.
• Lead, mentor, and train the Butler team to maintain consistent service excellence and professional etiquette.
• Manage team scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Guest Services and other departments to fulfill guest needs and improve service quality.
• Oversee In-Room Dining accuracy, timing, and presentation for VIP guests.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of luxury hospitality or guest service management experience.
• Minimum 4 years of butler service experience within a large integrated resort or Forbes Five Star property.
• Strong leadership, training, and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, grooming, and professional etiquette.
• Multilingual abilities, with fluency in at least two languages.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal butler training or professional certification.
