Head Bartender

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the bar team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Create and maintain high-quality cocktails, beverages, and bar presentations
• Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering of bar supplies
• Train bartenders and barbacks on recipes, techniques, and service standards
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a premium venue
• Strong mixology skills with knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-engagement abilities
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
