Head Bartender

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily bar operations to ensure professional service
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate bartenders and bar assistants
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
• Engage with guests to ensure exceptional service and resolve complaints promptly
• Monitor stock levels, place beverage orders, and conduct regular inventory counts
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock movements, and beverage costs
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and food safety regulations
• Develop and recommend new beverage menus, cocktails, and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all bar areas and equipment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a high-end or busy environment
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to develop a team
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems
• A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail
• Personal integrity and a genuine passion for hospitality
