Head Bartender

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training
• Develop creative and seasonal cocktail menus that reflect the luxury brand
• Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions
• Mentor and develop bartending staff to build a high-performing team
• Monitor and address guest feedback to continuously improve service quality

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Bartender
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or Head Bartender role within luxury hotels or upscale establishments
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in inventory management and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be currently located in the UAE
