Head Bartender

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests
• Develop seasonal signature cocktails and beverage trends
• Maintain operational and service standards
• Lead inventory management and cash control
• Champion HACCP compliance and hygiene targets
• Train, coach, and develop bartenders
• Handle accounting and administrative reporting
• Support the Bar Manager with beverage programming and activations

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience
• Specific experience in cocktail making
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
