Head - Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engine valuation and acquisition strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead commercial strategies for engine purchases, teardowns, and parts trading to meet revenue and profitability targets
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance portfolio performance and mitigate risks
• Oversee the full asset management project life cycle, monitoring cost, quality, and timelines
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the asset management team
• Manage deal origination, evaluation, negotiation, and closing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support portfolio growth and asset utilization
• Support Emiratization by identifying competency gaps and developing UAE national talent

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in commercial aviation engine or component asset repair, sales, or technical MRO management
• 5-8 years of experience in leadership roles
• Proven expertise in engine valuation, asset acquisition, teardown management, and parts trading
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, OEM maintenance methodologies, and MRO operations
• Demonstrated financial modelling, deal execution, and P&L accountability skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or MBA
