HDR Support Officer

Responsibilities

• Support HDR candidates through the entire student lifecycle, from admission to completion
• Coordinate HDR student matters in compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., HESF, TEQSA, AQF)
• Maintain accurate student records in university systems and support data integrity through audits and reporting
• Manage scholarship administration, enrolment, candidature, and milestone tracking
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HDR systems, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a complex administrative role, preferably within postgraduate student administration
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• Experience in financial administration, including budget monitoring and reporting
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance principles
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and cultural sensitivity
