HCP Engagements Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contracting documentation and payment processes for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
• Manage HCP contracting, including status updates, documentation collection, and profile/payment information
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal policies, and compliance regulations
• Act as the primary point of contact for HCP communications, inquiries, and interactions
• Monitor data integrity within the HCP Engagement system and escalate errors or compliance risks
• Execute the daily invoice and payment reconciliation process, including reviewing sensitive tax documents
• Partner with Legal Contract Specialists to manage contract redlines and updates
• Collaborate with M&E colleagues to provide policy insights and real-time engagement updates

Requirements

• H.S. Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of corporate experience
• At least 1 year of direct HCP Engagement experience
• Strong financial analysis and project management skills
• Knowledge of contract management and compliance processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry
