HCM Solutions Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and development of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management.
• Conduct requirements gathering, investigation, research, and configuration for global rollouts.
• Write comprehensive Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks, and Test Documents.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence calculations, including accrual rules and timecard validations.
• Manage core module configurations including Work Structures, DFF, Common Lookups, Value sets, and Security Definitions.
• Create and manage reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP).
• Partner with business representatives and global HRIS team members to resolve issues and meet project timelines.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience.
• Proven track record with at least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud OTL and Absence Management modules.
• Expert-level proficiency in writing and debugging Fast Formulas.
• Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) for report design and data models.
• Strong understanding of Time & Labor business processes and Absence Management (accrual rules, entitlement definitions, etc.).
• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Redwood, HDL, or Personalization tools (VB Studio, Design Studio, Page Composer).
• Experience with Oracle Journeys and OTBI Reporting.
• Familiarity with Core HCM, Payroll Interface, Talent Management, ORC, or Compensation Management modules.
