HCM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically focusing on Core HR and Absence
• Support system enhancements, issue resolution, and stabilization efforts across multiple regions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for payroll and HR integrations and reports
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes
• Troubleshoot functional issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure data integrity
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates by assessing impacts and assisting with testing and validation
• Develop and maintain system documentation, configurations, and process flows
• Identify opportunities to improve system usability, automation, and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle HCM Fusion
• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud implementation and ongoing support of Core HR and Absence modules
• Strong understanding of HR and time tracking business processes
• Exposure to integrations, data structures, and reporting tools within Oracle HCM
• Ability to work effectively in a global or multi-region environment
