HCM Employee Central Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions through the full implementation lifecycle
• Serve as a hands-on application expert, conducting design workshops to align client needs with SAP best practices
• Advise Project Leads and Managers on best practice decisions and translate business goals into optimized solutions
• Perform impact assessments for Quarterly Releases and develop reusable tools and intellectual property
• Support pre-sales initiatives by developing roadmaps, estimates, and responses to RFPs/RFQs
• Gather and analyze client business requirements to design and support proof of concepts

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP Payroll implementation experience, including at least 5 years in a lead role
• 3+ successful implementations of Employee Central Payroll
• Deep knowledge of SAP Payroll (on-premise and EC Payroll), specifically payroll schema and PCR processes
• Experience with SuccessFactors data migration and management activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel within North America (10-15%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical experience in BASIS, ABAP, or CPI
• Knowledge of the SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors
• SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g., Onboarding, LMS)
• Experience with Canadian and US payroll; knowledge of Mexico or other international payroll is a plus
• Understanding of PA/OM processes
