HCM Business Partner, Talent Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience for the junior investment professional population, including new hire programming, engagement, and development
• Design and deliver a structured learning and development curriculum for Analysts and Associates
• Serve as the primary Human Capital partner for junior investment and value creation professionals
• Manage employee relations, career development, and workplace matters for junior staff
• Support performance review and compensation processes in partnership with Total Rewards
• Coordinate mentorship, networking, and community-building initiatives globally
• Partner with external counsel to support visa and immigration matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6-10 years of HR experience, preferably in financial services or alternative asset management
• Experience supporting front-office populations in investment banking, private equity, or consulting
• Proven track record designing or managing talent development programs for early-career professionals
• Strong foundation in HR generalist work including employee relations and performance management
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
• Prior experience with Workday
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance program delivery and talent data insights
