HAV Product Management Director

Responsibilities

• Drive HAV and use case product planning activities, including feature definition, roadmap development, and software planning.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to translate challenges into actionable product requirements via MRDs and PRDs.
• Lead technical program management for key projects, including the creation of tracking and execution dashboards.
• Drive cross-functional product core teams to define requirements, project milestones, and ensure program execution.
• Generate product collateral such as software roadmaps, product overviews, white papers, and technical blogs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in EDA, Semiconductor, or System Software industries.
• BS degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
• Deep understanding of System Software or Semiconductor development methodologies and Electronic Systems.
• Strong knowledge of Hardware Assisted Verification (HAV) flows and use cases.
• Proven expertise in technical program management and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
