Haustechniker/Elektriker (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational availability and safety of all technical systems including sanitary, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, high voltage, security technology, and building automation
• Perform repairs and troubleshoot technical faults, responding quickly to emergencies
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance work performed by external specialist companies
• Obtain quotes for smaller repairs and manage the execution of external services
• Document all maintenance and repair activities
• Act as the fire protection and safety officer and the designated electrical specialist for the site
• Participate in the on-call service for the location

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrician, or similar)
• Experience in operating and controlling technical systems
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards (e.g., VDE, DGUV 3)
• Ability to work independently and as a reliable team player
