Haustechniker/Elektriker

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational availability and safety of all technical systems including sanitary, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems
• Manage and monitor the maintenance and repair of technical equipment
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and respond quickly to technical emergencies
• Coordinate with external specialist companies for repairs and maintenance
• Obtain quotes for smaller repairs and manage external service assignments
• Document all maintenance and repair activities
• Act as the fire protection and safety officer and the designated electrical specialist
• Participate in the on-call service for the location

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or similar)
• Experience in operating and controlling technical systems
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards (e.g., VDE, DGUV 3)
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Team-oriented mindset
