Responsibilities

• Perform repair, testing, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve error messages in building management systems
• Undertake technical on-call service (additional compensation provided)
• Perform janitorial duties and various driving services
• Handle supply and disposal activities

Requirements

• Completed and recognized training as an electrician, electronics technician, gas/water installer, or comparable
• Basic cross-disciplinary understanding of building technology and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and building management systems
• Proficiency with IT programs
• Reliability and independent working style
• Valid Class B driver's license
