Responsibilities

• Handle small repairs, maintenance, and improvements, ranging from fixing leaky faucets to repairing furniture
• Monitor technical systems to ensure reliable operation of all hotel facilities
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers for facility management tasks
• Perform manual tasks such as painting and silicone work
• Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping team and the Corporate Office in Munich
• Oversee regular maintenance schedules and safety checks in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
• Manage material procurement and ordering in consultation with the Hotel Manager

Requirements

• Proven manual dexterity and strong technical understanding
• Previous professional experience in a similar maintenance or facility role
• Ability to work independently and solve practical problems
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Fluency in German is required; English skills are a plus
• A completed apprenticeship in HKLS (Heating, Cooling, Sanitary) or Electrical engineering is preferred but not mandatory
