Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of technical systems with a focus on heating, ventilation, and sanitary installations
• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation work in heating, ventilation, and sanitary areas
• Monitor and document technical systems according to legal requirements (e.g., drinking water hygiene per VDI 6023)
• Assist in renovation and modernization projects
• Support the management of external specialist companies
• Manage district heating and steam supply
• Operate building management systems and troubleshoot errors
• Maintain and repair electric hospital beds
• Participate in technical on-call and standby services

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a technician for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology, gas/water installer, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital or clinic setting
• Sound knowledge of drinking water installation, heating, and ventilation technology
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
• Independent and structured way of working
• High sense of responsibility and teamwork skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call services
• Driving license class B / BE
