Die FERIENHAUS-AGENTUR aims to create unforgettable holiday experiences at the OstseeResort Olpenitz (ORO). With a motivated team of over 80 employees, we work to develop and improve the local infrastructure and offerings to delight both guests and locals.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs independently
• Schedule repairs based on priority
• Monitor annual technical functional testing in holiday properties
• Inspect, maintain, and care for buildings and interior furnishings
• Secure the repair area on and around the premises
• Maintain and service company vehicles and trailers
• Conduct safety checks on tools and equipment
• Manage key distribution

Requirements

• Very good German language skills
• Ability to work independently and with a sense of responsibility
• Service-oriented mindset
• Flexibility, organizational talent, and communication skills
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Willingness to work weekends
• Flexibility to work in Olpenitz/Schönhagen
