Hardware Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist hardware reliability and test engineers with assembling, testing, and troubleshooting prototypes and components
• Perform solder rework, thermocouple wiring/labeling, and harness making
• Run inspections and checks on hardware before and after testing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized lab environment
• Coordinate with vendors for purchasing, service, and technical support
• Track project timelines, materials, and progress to ensure engineering deadlines are met

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field preferred)
• Experience in an engineering or technical environment providing hands-on support
• Proficiency in harness making, thermocouple, and data acquisition management
• Experience with engineering lab tools and equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and communication skills
