Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration and testing of hardware and system products
• Drive innovation and development efforts in subsystems such as camera, audio, and EE/PD
• Conduct and manage project meetings from initial concept to final completion
• Coordinate sourcing of system components and collaborate with vendors
• Lead performance optimization efforts across EE, ME/PD, camera, and audio domains
• Oversee workflows and manage deliverables with contract manufacturers
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and issue tracking

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a technical program manager in HW/EE/PD field
• Experience managing hardware programs from concept to mass production (FATP)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience collaborating with contract manufacturers and JDM/ODM suppliers
• Proficiency in data analytics using tools like Jira Xray or PowerBI
• Fluency in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HW EE/PD system integration
• Experience developing 0-to-1 products
• Deep understanding of consumer electronics development processes
• PMP or PMI certification
