Hardware Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration and testing of hardware and system products to ensure compliance with timelines and specifications
• Drive innovation in subsystems including camera, audio, and electrical engineering (EE)/product design (PD)
• Conduct and manage project meetings from initial concept to final completion
• Coordinate sourcing of system components and collaborate with vendors
• Lead performance optimization efforts across EE, mechanical engineering (ME), camera, and audio domains
• Oversee workflows and manage deliverables with contract manufacturers and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and issue tracking

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in hardware, EE, or PD fields
• Experience managing hardware programs from concept to mass production (FATP)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Experience collaborating with contract manufacturers and JDM/ODM suppliers
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in data analytics and dashboard construction

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hardware EE/PD system integration
• Deep understanding of consumer electronics development processes
• Experience developing 0-to-1 products using JDM and CM engagement models
• Familiarity with wireless, camera, and audio technologies
• PMP or PMI certification
