Hardware Systems Integration Intern

Responsibilities

• Design and run studies to characterize and evaluate the performance of 3D printers
• Design and build test setups to evaluate the reliability of 3D printer subsystems
• Debug and diagnose issues with electro-mechanical systems in collaboration with Mechanical, Electrical, and Embedded Firmware teams
• Write Python scripts, queries, and tools to support reliability and characterization studies
• Assist in building and commissioning prototypes

Requirements

• Engineering portfolio of previous work/projects (required for consideration)
• Experience working with mechanical or electro-mechanical systems
• Proficiency in Python scripting
• Hands-on experience through lab research, project teams, or prior internships
