Hardware Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Drive full cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing technicians and salaried corporate roles including Engineering, Finance, Sales, and G&A
• Execute high-volume technician hiring while maintaining quality and retention
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, trade schools, and university programs
• Partner with manufacturing and functional leaders to understand role requirements and influence hiring decisions
• Manage candidate volume with strong organization, compliance, and ATS data accuracy
• Partner with People Ops to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Experience hiring both manufacturing/hourly technicians and corporate positions
• Strong outbound sourcing capabilities
• Ability to context-switch between high-volume and consultative searches
• Clear and direct communication skills
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations
