Hardware Quality Industrialization Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering, supply chain, and operations to build data-driven, repeatable quality processes
• Evaluate new and existing suppliers to ensure internal processes meet company standards
• Analyze field returns to drive potential design improvements
• Drive root cause analysis and own all corrective actions with internal and external partners
• Establish test parameters, pass/fail limits, and overall test strategy with the internal test team
• Own supply verticals based on product type such as PCBAs and Harnessing
• Ensure external partners meet compliance and certification requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years in Quality, Supplier Quality, or Supplier Industrialization
• Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, or Autonomous Vehicles
• Strong track record of supplier evaluation and management
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong experience in statistical quality control analysis
• Proficiency with problem-solving tools like 8D, 5 whys, and fishbone diagrams
