Hardware Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional design and operations teams through the full product development lifecycle, from definition to commercialization
• Act as a key leadership stakeholder to align development teams on project goals and drive accountability for team members and external partners
• Provide detailed project timelines to track deliverables, identify key risks, and manage dependencies
• Identify and assess project risks and opportunities, developing robust mitigation strategies and escalating to senior management when necessary
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, quality, operations, field service, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a project management role
• Demonstrated experience managing complex schedules and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations, including ISO 13485 and 510(k) regulatory submission processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strategic mindset for resource allocation

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
