About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional design and operations teams through the full product development lifecycle, from definition to commercialization
- Act as a key leadership stakeholder to align development teams on project goals and drive accountability for team members and external partners
- Provide detailed project timelines to track deliverables, identify key risks, and manage dependencies
- Identify and assess project risks and opportunities, developing robust mitigation strategies and escalating to senior management when necessary
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, quality, operations, field service, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role
- Demonstrated experience managing complex schedules and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, including ISO 13485 and 510(k) regulatory submission processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strategic mindset for resource allocation
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
