Hardware Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and execute plans of record, including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks.
• Monitor and drive programs from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters.
• Manage multiple medium-sized programs or technologies, ensuring on-time delivery and achievement of milestones.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and program sponsors to set prioritization and drive decisions.
• Identify and secure resources to align team capacity with program and technology demand.
• Drive teams to identify program issues and risks, maintaining and updating comprehensive risk mitigation plans.
• Promote program vision and objectives to management and stakeholders to gain buy-in.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and best practices across the Program Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Extensive experience in the semiconductor industry (12+ years preferred).
• Sound knowledge of the SOC design cycle, development processes, packaging, and post-silicon validation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Co-Pilot.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact at all organizational levels.
• Proven track record of leadership and experience managing operating budgets and project financials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• PMP Certification.
• 5+ years of experience using program management tools such as Gantt charts and dashboards.
• Experience working within a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience interacting with and influencing senior leadership (Director level and above).
