Hardware Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware programs from initial concept through EVT, DVT, and PVT milestones to mass production
• Act as the primary technical voice with JDM partners, collaborating on system architecture and build schedules
• Lead program reviews, surface risks early, and resolve blockers to maintain project timelines
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and supply chain teams to ensure hardware robustness and manufacturing readiness
• Participate in design reviews, schematic reviews, and validation planning
• Travel to Taiwan to collaborate in person with manufacturing and design teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Ability to read schematics and understand PCB layout fundamentals
• Solid understanding of the hardware development lifecycle (design, bring-up, validation, and manufacturing)
• Experience managing external partners such as JDMs, suppliers, or vendors
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple complex workstreams
• Proficiency in engaging in system architecture discussions and technical tradeoffs
