Hardware Product Lifecycle Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle strategy for hardware products including terminals, peripherals, and merchant devices
• Define product roadmaps based on market trends, merchant feedback, and competitor analysis
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and manage prototype development
• Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept to commercial launch
• Manage OEM/ODM partners, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure production quality and timely delivery
• Oversee component sourcing, cost control, inventory planning, and supply continuity
• Lead hardware product launches and support Sales and Operations with training and positioning
• Monitor product performance regarding cost, reliability, and profitability
• Plan product refresh cycles and end-of-life transitions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in hardware product management or lifecycle management
• Experience with POS devices, payment terminals, IoT, or consumer electronics preferred
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, sourcing, and vendor management
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus for supplier coordination
