Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for hardware products and related operational requirements
• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with hardware vendors and suppliers
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, payment terms, and supply agreements
• Analyze and optimize BOM (Bill of Materials) cost structures to improve procurement efficiency
• Drive procurement cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, product, and business teams
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and service quality
• Support supply chain planning and inventory coordination
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify competitive sourcing opportunities
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management
• Prior experience with hardware vendors or technology-related products
• Strong understanding of BOM cost structures and cost breakdown analysis
• Experience in procurement cost control, supplier negotiations, and contract management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, POS, electronics, or technology industries
• Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
