Hardware Operations Support Specialist

Masabi is driving the fare payment revolution, powering the journeys of millions worldwide. We build fare collection platforms that allow riders to seamlessly buy and present tickets for public transport via mobile phones, ticket machines, or contactless bank cards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming hardware deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records and serial number tracking
• Perform regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
• Pick, pack, and prepare hardware shipments for customer deployments
• Label and package equipment to company and carrier standards
• Configure transit hardware prior to deployment
• Perform device diagnostics and basic hardware troubleshooting
• Learn to carry out component-level repairs, including soldering
• Support installation planning and material procurement

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using spreadsheets or inventory management systems
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work onsite in a warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations
• Experience working with hardware, electronics, or repairs
