Hardware Integration & Test Electrical Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering activities to produce, test, and deliver spacecraft electronics to customers
• Serve as a technical lead and test conductor for specific programs during integration and production phases
• Perform integration and characterization of products in a hands-on lab environment
• Test and troubleshoot complex electronics systems from component level to system functionality
• Read and interpret digital and analog schematics and review production travelers and test procedures
• Analyze production metrics to increase yield and improve test flows
• Read and edit software test scripts to support hardware validation

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience
• US Citizenship is required
• Proficiency in reading and understanding digital and analog schematics
• Experience troubleshooting complex electronics using lab equipment (bench supplies, scopes, logic analyzers)
• Familiarity with Quality Control methods, configuration management, and root cause analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the assembly and testing of spacecraft hardware and electronics
• Proficiency with C++ and scripting languages such as Lua or Python
• Experience implementing engineering changes to schematics and Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Familiarity with ERP management tools and data analysis in spreadsheets
