Hardware Electronics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design analog and digital hardware architectures for critical embedded systems
• Write and review technical specifications and design documentation
• Perform component selection, schematic capture, and PCB routing under aeronautical constraints
• Develop test plans, execute tests, and analyze bugs for hardware validation
• Support the hardware technical team and collaborate with firmware and software engineers
• Participate in design and validation reviews (HRR, HPDR, etc.)
• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales phases to support commercial directions
• Drive knowledge sharing and community animation within the electronics practice

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree in Electronics
• Minimum 8 years of experience in hardware development or design
• Expertise in analog and digital PCB architecture (low voltage, filtering, sensor interfaces, high-speed buses)
• Proficiency in power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, inverters)
• Mastery of electronic CAD and simulation tools (SPICE, Cadence, Zuken, etc.)
• Knowledge of EMC constraints and environmental qualifications (mechanical, thermal)
• Fluency in English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with aeronautical standards (DO254, DO160)
• Ability to lead and federate technical teams
• Experience in multi-disciplinary and international environments
