Hardware Development Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development and technology projects for Bay Level solutions, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Plan, track, and report project progress while proactively identifying and mitigating technical and organizational risks.
• Collaborate with suppliers and operations teams to support the industrialization and production release of electronic hardware products.
• Maintain structured documentation for specifications, system changes, and integration activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes to enhance speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management and hardware development.
• Strong understanding of electronics, system integration, and industrial product development.
• Experience within the industrial or energy domains, such as power, automation, or control systems.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and suppliers in an agile, international environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.
